The Spirit of Olympos

Nestled in the heart of the Mediterranean, Olympos brings a modern touch to millennia of tradition. We celebrate the simplicity of fresh catch, sun-ripened olives, and artisanal craftsmanship.

Our story began in a small village in Santorini, where our founder, Chef Elias, learned the art of patience. He watched as the sun perfected the grapes and the sea provided its daily bounty.

The Chef's Journey

Following years of training in the culinary capitals of the world, Chef Elias returned to his roots to create Olympos—a sanctuary for those who seek the true essence of Greek hospitality (Philoxenia).

Our Sourcing Ethics

We work exclusively with family-owned farms from the Mani Peninsula to the highlands of Crete. Our olive oil is cold-pressed within hours of harvest, and our seafood is sustainably caught, arriving at our kitchen before the morning dew evaporates.
